6. Conclusion / Sleep Tight

This was the final card of the ‘Sleep Better’ programme. We hope the programme has taught you about sleeping better and shown you some methods for adjusting or improving your sleep pattern. You may have followed the whole programme from the beginning to the end, or perhaps you just looked at the parts which were relevant to you.
