The aim of this programme is to find a healthy balance of stress so that you can function at your optimal potential. 

What can you expect from this programme?

This programme will teach you some effectivebetter ways to deal with stress. That does not mean that we are going to learn to avoid stress altogether - that simply wouldn’t be possible.   Try imagining stress as a set of scales - on one side of the scales is your capacity and on the other side is your load. When the scales are not evenly weighted, you will experience stress.
