Young Professionals

As a young professional, you probably graduated a few years ago. You may be looking for a job or perhaps you are already working in your first or second job. Young professionals are usually energetic, clever, innovative and motivated to make a sustainable impact on the job market.

What can you expect from this programme?

You are embarking upon a new phase of your life - you can now use your education, put what you have learned into practice and switch from doing part-time jobs to having a real career. In other words, now is the time to take all your ambitions and turn them into reality. Perhaps you are planning to do an internship or a masters degree. Maybe you have spotted a great job opportunity for a starter or you are starting out with a brand new initiative of your own. The possibilities are endless, and while this is exciting, it can also feel overwhelming - you may feel unsure about what you want to do or where you should start. This can lead many young people to feel an exceptionally high level of pressure to live up to the expectations associated with being labeled a ‘young professional’. It is very difficult to maintain a healthy balance amidst all the exciting new challenges, endless decisions to be made and uncertainties which are part and parcel of this phase of life. How are you handling this? This programme will teach you how to gain insight into your strengths as well as showing you some tools which you can use to help you during this new phase of your life.
